Biography
Roberto Rios Valle Jr is a board certify Advanced Nurse Practitioner in family medicine, with certifications in critical care and trauma management. Born in New York City, and raised in Puerto Rico, he joined the Army in 1979, and served as a combat medic for thirteen years, participating in Desert Storm. Robert has been in the medical field over 43 years, and recently joined the patient care team at the West clinic. He is married with three adult children, and he sees his practice as a "granted privilege to take care of His greatest creation".

Jannet Chapa, PA-C, is a passionate and dedicated physician assistant, excited to begin her journey in delivering comprehensive and patient-centered healthcare. Jannet earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) degree from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, where she developed a strong foundation in medical science and clinical practice. She is dedicated to building relationships with her patients and their families, understanding that personalized care is essential to achieving optimal health outcomes. Beyond her clinical practice, Jannet is committed to continuous learning and professional development, staying current with the latest evidence based medicine.
